Attorney Brian Trimnal

Lancaster, Rock Hill and Fort Mill, South Carolina

Brian Trimnal assisted David Blackwell in the establishment of the Blackwell Trimnal Myers law firm. Brian is married with three children. Both he and his wife were raised in the community, and he says he returned to practice law here because he felt strongly that quality legal services were important to the area’s residents. Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Brian is very active in his community. His present and past involvement in the community includes Vice President and Present Board of Director of the Lancaster High School Booster Club, AR Rucker Middle School Advisory Council Member, Board Member for Communities in Schools, Board Member for Habitat for Humanity, Lancaster Breakfast Rotary member, Board Member for the Matt Blackwell Foundation, Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce , Public Relations Director, International Junior Civitan of the Year and honor key recipient, Secretary/Treasurer and Member of Lancaster County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Youth Basketball and Soccer Coach and Chairman of the Annual Red Cross Heroes Campaign

As chairperson of the real estate transaction, Brian focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings including representation of purchasers, developers, investors, and sellers. He makes certain his clients have access to him for questions regarding such aspects of real estate as contract negotiations, title examinations, and title insurance. Brian is also a licensed title insurance agent with Investors Title Insurance Company and has experience with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. He shares his knowledge of real estate law during seminars and conferences.
